Are my payment details secure?

How do I know if my order went through?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received it, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 12 hours after ordering, because after that the processing time starts. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with a description and photos. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

What are your shipping options?

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. This usually takes 7-11 business days. We do not currently offer express shipping.

What is the delivery time?

The total delivery time to the entire United Kingdom is 7-11 business days on average. This consists of the processing time and the delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package all the way.

Returns & refunds

How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?

You have a 30-day return policy from receipt of your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and with all tags intact. Returns are at your own expense.

Once we receive your return package, we will refund the full amount to the payment method you used - typically within 5 business days.

Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?

Yes. Returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China. Each return must be traceable by us via track & trace. The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

How do I choose the right size?

On each product page you will find a size guide button just above the size selector. Here you will find all necessary measurements and guidance.

How do I know if items are still in stock?

Our website and inventory are updated in real time. As long as you can click on “Add to cart,” the item is in stock. When the item is no longer in stock, this is automatically updated and the “Add to cart” button is no longer available.

Will sold out items be back in stock?

Not always. It depends on season and demand. If you want to be notified, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page (if available).

Do you sell gift cards?
