Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, from your account, any time before the next order ships. There is no phone call and no retention script.
Can I move between protocols?
Yes, and it does not restart anything. Most changes are people moving from the Starter Protocol into Complete as their routine settles, or down into Maintain later on. We will never move you without you asking.
Where do you ship?

Taking it
Can I take this alongside my prescription?
Our products are food-based nutrition, not medication, and none of them contain stimulants or melatonin. We are not able to advise on your prescription, so run it past whoever prescribed it. If you already take other supplements, the iron and zinc in Daily Companion in particular have upper limits worth knowing about.
Does timing matter?
Less than consistency does. Take Daily Companion with food if capsules sit better that way, and take Muscle + Hydration whenever you will actually remember it.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing to make up. Pick it back up the next day.
What is in it
Do you publish the Supplement Facts?
Yes, on every product page, exactly as the panel is printed rather than as a marketing summary.
Is there anything I should tell my doctor about?
Two things worth raising, and both are on the relevant product pages. Daily Companion contains 18 mg of iron, which carries a required overdose warning and matters if you already take an iron supplement. Hair + Nails contains high-dose biotin, which can interfere with some lab tests — tell your provider you take it before bloodwork.
Do any products contain stimulants, melatonin or NMN?
No. None of them, at any dose.
Why are there no reviews on the product pages?
Because we have not received any yet. We would rather show you an empty space than a number we made up.
